The Golfcrest Apartments are located in the Interbay area, (West Queen Anne), on 14th Ave. West, just one block East of 15th, a main thoroughfare between Seattle and Ballard. The building was originally a Hotel, built for the Seattle Worlds Fair in 1962. It was then renovated for Apartment living.
